3 Interesting Music Videos from Music Video Jam top 100 2010

Solillaquists of Sound "Marvel" Directed by X:144 - Shot on a 7D from X:144 on Vimeo.

I found this to be an interesting music video due to the camera angles and the quick cuts used. Which drives the audience to continue watching and understand the narrative of the video. Some sections of the video are deliberately slowed down in sync with the slowed to music to help the flow and pace of the video

When I stumbled across this video it instantly caught my eye because of the uniqueness it has. This video gives the impression that it was filmed within one take. The video is of an elborate contraption known as a 'Rube Goldberg machine' showing the complex machine performing throughout a warehouse.

Kasper Bjørke "Young Again" Music Video from Karim Huu Do on Vimeo.

When searching through music video's I came across this one and it drew my attention due to the strangeness and surreal nature of its narrative, it is this sense of ambiguity and mystery which drives the audience to continue watching in hope that all will be revealed. I felt this music video best reflects the impression of the music and its lyrics, at quite a slow pace its quite easy to get lost in the video's unique world.
