Jake - there are some nice images here but you need to add a commentary about why you like them and how you are going to use them in the video.
Your concept idea is strong: The lead singer walking through landscape, out of the city and into the countryside, shot at low angle to show how he is overwhelmed by the landscape both urban and rural - connoting journey to find love, extreme despair and ultimate hope???
After you have commented on mood board - suggest you get out and about and recce locations. Take stills from proposed angles and range of shots so that you can evaluate as a production team whether the location will deliver the shots you are looking for.
Then ASAP write the treatment. This will help you focus your own ideas as well as contribute to getting this project started!!
I have just watched Solillaquists of Sound "Marvel" video. There are some interesting shots and ideas in here that seem to echo elements of your concept.
